ISCREAM RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Merch labeled as final sale (if any) cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, email us at iscreamnhorror@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size or design, email us first.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo.

  • We will replace the item or offer a full refund.
